The Dumfries Triangle Volunteer Fire Department is hosting a Firefighter’s of NoVA Family Fun Day, on June the 8th 2008 to benefit the Azalea Charities Wounded Soldiers fund. The event is being held at the VFW at 14631 Minnieville Road, Dale City, VA . The gates will open to the public at 10am and will run until the conclusion of the events. The events consist of a Firemen’s Muster, a Chili Cook off and a Flea Market. We are hoping for a fun filled day at this event.
The purpose of this letter is to ask for your help. We are a small county department and are looking for sponsorship to help cover the cost of the event and help contribute to the fund. The event will have Fire and Rescue departments located from Prince William County, Fairfax County, Stafford County, Arlington County and Fauquier County along with the Cities of Manassas, Manassas Park, Fairfax City, and the City of Alexandria all are hopefully being in attendance. We are also expecting to see the citizens from these areas and projecting attendance to be somewhere from 2,000 to 5,000 people.
There are several steps of sponsorship. We are looking for cash and/or product donations for this event.

Captain Cost: $301.00 - $600.00 cash and/or product donation Return: 20x20 spot in the Flea market 3”x5” size ad in our program Name on Sponsorship Board and listed on Web Page
Assistant Chief Cost: $401.00 - $900.00 cash and/or product donation Return: 30x20 spot in the Flea market 1/2 page ad in our program Name on Sponsorship Board and listed on Web Page
Deputy Chief Cost: $901.00 - $1,500.00 Return: 40x40 spot in the Flea market 3/4 page ad in our program Company name and logo on Sponsorship Board and Web Page
Chief Cost: $1,501.00 and over Return: 50x40 spot in the Flea market Full page ad in our program Company name and logo on T-shirts being sold Company name and logo on Sponsorship Board and Web Page
If none of the above levels fit your budget contributions of any size will be greatly appreciated. We are also having a flea market the same day and the cost of the space is $25.00 for each 10 x 10 spot. All donations of any size will be posted on our sponsors board and program the day of the event of our way of saying THANK YOU.
